Leadership Training Course

Today, my school are having the program about "Leadership Training Course" for all the Leaders (TOP3 in society). Well, I, of cause will attend for it!

In this course, I really get to learn a lot of things! Like.... Like:

1. A leader must bend to the members sometimes.
2. A leader is the light of the members, showing them where is the derection to go.
3. A leader must be able to correct the mistake he/she made, and of cause forgive the others who had done their mistake.
4. A leader should respect the members/other committee even their post is lower than him/her.
5. A leader should be very flexible in daily life, and yet, they have to know how much their flexibility are, or not it will make a negative result.
6. A leader should always be an example for their members, giving members confidence in doing a job.
7. Leader/members should always have positive thinking and try their best in everything they did!
8. The more effort you put, the more result you will get.
9. Communication is very important in every teams, members should be able to listen to your leader.
10. Leader should be always accept people's opinion.
11. Leader have to be responsible and have the strategy to the way of sucess.
12. Members should always cooperate with one and other in their team, this is what we call "teamwork".
13. Leader should always be calm when facing a problem, try to think what is the best way before you go on.
14. A leader should take action but not just sitting there and ordering the members to do the job.
15. Win neither lose is not important, what we care is the process, be integrity when you doing it!
Well, I think this is what I still can remember~ There is still a lot for us to learn in this world. From this activity, I get to learn a lot of things, and it does open up my mind on how to be a good leader.
